I just love them!!Peggy shipped my package the same day I ordered, and I received them within 2 days afterward. I was so excited to get them and start playing that I hurriedly opened the first one and put it in my laptop CD drive. But I couldn't get it to play for some reason. So I went to try the next one, and that one wouldn't work for me, either. And then I tried the last one, and no luck there, either! Flipping the CD over, I noticed that there wasn't that usual dark ring on the back showing where the data ended- so I thought somehow the CD must not have burned or had gotten erased somehow. So I emailed Peggy, asking if there were any tricks to running the CDs that she knew of. She immediately responded- within an hour or so(!)- and we couldn't figure out the problem, so she sent me 3 of the same CDs the next day while we tried to come up with new ideas on what happened. The next day, I brought the CDs to work with me and tried them here and VOILA! Worked without a hitch!!! I found out she had already shipped the replacements, and I felt just terrible because I should have tried bringing them to work in the first place and saved everyone some panic!! So I told her I would of course pay for the other CDs. However, she said she did not want payment, nor did she want me to send them back- and instead told me to give them away to friends!!
